Casa Ghizzardi. Mi richordo anchora walks through the life and inspiration of Pietro Ghizzardi, exactly thirty years from his death and forty from the publication of Mi richordo anchora (Einaudi, 1977), which is expected to be republished in November 2016 by Quodlibet. The show is conceived for small groups of spectators and is an expositional and performative project to discover the words and artworks of the artist, a journey which evokes his biography and imagery inside the suggestive / evocative spaces of the “temple” of Italian design – the Milan Triennial.

The show is a production of CTR Teatro dell’Arte – Triennale di Milano in cooperation with the House Museum Pietro Ghizzardi, the Cultural Association Pietro Ghizzardi – Documentary Centre and Historical Archive, the Cultural Association Celesterosa and the Region Emilia-Romagna.

Update: The show Casa Ghizzardi. Mi richordo anchora was included among “the best shows of 2016” by Icon, the life-style issue of the Italian magazine Panorama, and enthusiastic reviews were published on the main Italian newspapers.

After its debut in Milan it was staged in 2017 also in Cattolica (Rimini) and at the Teatro Sociale di Gualtieri (Reggio Emilia).
