Pietro Ghizzardi and House Museum featured on the digital multilingual Outsider Art magazine Bric-à-brac, led by Giada Carraro. Within issue 4/2021, the contribution dedicated to Ghizzardi and to the place which hosts the artist’s collection and historical archive in Boretto (Reggio Emilia, Italy), fits into a review centered on self-taught and outsider artists and the museums and archives which hosts their heritages in Italy and Spain. The article on the House Museum focuses on the high value of “minor” archives and their mission of conservation and protection of stories and heritages away from the mainstream yet extremely important for the collectivity and for the cultural and social action inscribed in all memory transmission processes, both under the histocal and artistic poin of view.
